Prior to joining Tidewater in 1977, J. Keith Lousteau graduated from Louisiana State University and served on the administrative staff of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. Following this, he pursued a six-year career in Public Accounting. Since joining Tidewater as Assistant Manager of Taxation, he has served in numerous financial-related capacities, mostly centered on treasury and taxation. He was promoted to Vice President in 1985 and, in 1987, was again promoted to the position of Treasurer. In 1998, he was promoted to Senior Vice President. Lousteau became Tidewater's Chief Financial Officer in September 2000, bringing with him 25 years of in-depth industry experience.
