Mr. Brown joined Tidewater in July 2003, as Vice President-Engineering and Technical Services for Tidewater Marine, L.L.C. In his current role as Vice President for Tidewater Inc., he is responsible for Quality Shipyards, L.L.C. as well as the overall management of the engineering and technical services group, which performs the engineering, procurement, and project management for the major modifications of the Company’s worldwide fleet, and the management of the new vessel construction program. He brings over 30 years of experience in general management, administration, fabrication and marine project management, marine operations and structural design engineering. His efforts concentrated in bidding, planning, scheduling, coordinating and executing the construction of the fixed/floating offshore oil and gas platforms, submarine pipelines, submarine cables and spars in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, Gulf of Suez, Persian Gulf and India. In April 2005, Mr. Brown was promoted to Vice President of Tidewater Inc.
