To clarify our global expectations of our suppliers, we have prepared and our Board of Directors has approved Tidewater’s Supplier Commitment to Integrity & Code of Conduct.

To help facilitate purchase transactions, suppliers are encouraged to understand the applicable Tidewater Purchase Order Worldwide Terms and Conditions, including the following T&Cs:

Zero Tolerance

We will not tolerate abuse of human rights in our operations or in our supply chain. We are guided by principles such as those in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization’s Core Conventions regarding child labor, forced labor, freedom of association, the right to organize and bargain collectively, equal pay, and nondiscrimination in the workforce.
